The University of Tulsa has a clear bag policy for all events at the H.A. Chapman Stadium or the Donald W. Reynolds Center. Bags must be CLEAR plastic and cannot exceed 12” X 6” X 12”. Small clutch purse is allowed (which does not need to be clear) no larger than 4.5” x 6.5”.

Below is a summary of what you need to keep in mind when attending a concert, match or sports game; and the specifications for the clear stadium bags required.
University of Tulsa Bag Policy For Fans:
- Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12". (Official Tulsa team logo clear plastic tote bags will be available for purchase online or at the Campus Bookstore.
- One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar).
- Small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand (4.5” x 6.5”), with or without a handle or strap can be taken into the venue with one of the clear plastic bags.
- An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection.
- Spectators also will be able to carry other items allowed in such as binoculars and cameras, but their cases will not be allowed.
- Working personnel, including accredited news media, will continue to enter through designated gates where they will be subject to screening and bag inspections of the same manner as in the past.
The University of Tulsa Bag Rules were generated based on the NFL Clear Bag Policy and adopted the same security measures and guidelines for their events.
PROHIBITED items into the Stadium include:
- Purses large than 4.5” x 6.5” are not permitted.
NOTE: Fans will need to go through metal detector screening and all belongings are subject to inspection. Keep in mind, if you do not bring a clear stadium bag that complies with the clear bag policy they do not have a place to store your belongings and you will be asked to return your prohibited items to your vehicle.

Most stadiums and arenas with a clear bag policy have a requirement for clear stadium bags or clear concert bags to be no larger than 12″ × 6″ × 12”. If a concert venue has a clear bag policy it is likely the same size requirements as a stadium with a clear bag policy. You can always check with the venue to see if they are more lenient but usually they are the same
