Gibbs Stadium and Jerry Richardson Indoor Stadium have clear bag policy for all events. Bags must be CLEAR plastic and cannot exceed 12” X 6” X 12”. Clear purses are allowed (which does not need to be clear) no larger than 4.5” x 6.5”.

To expedite entry into Gibbs Stadium events, we encourage you to familiarize yourself with the clear bag policy guidelines and bring a clear stadium bag that meets the specifications outlined by the venue. Below is a summary of what you need to keep in mind when attending a concert, match or sports game; and the specifications for the clear stadium bags required.
Gibbs Stadium Bag Policy For Fans:
- Transparent bag made of plastic, vinyl or PVC bags that do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12"
- Small clear purse no larger than 4.5" x 6.5"
- Medically necessary items (after proper inspection at specified gates)
Gibbs Stadium Bag Rules were generated based on the NFL Clear Bag Policy and adopted the same security measures and guidelines for their events.
PROHIBITED items into the Stadium include:
- Purses larger than a clutch bag
- Seat cushions that have pockets, zippers, compartments or covers
- Briefcases
- Backpacks
- Fanny packs
- Cinch/Drawstring bags
- Luggage of any kind
- Computer bags
- Diaper bags
- Binocular cases
- Camera bags
- Coolers (here is a stadium approved clear lunch bag you can use instead).
NOTE: Fans may need to go through metal detector screening and all belongings are subject to inspection. Keep in mind, if you do not bring a clear stadium bag that complies with the clear bag policy they do not have a place to store your belongings and you will be asked to return your prohibited items to your vehicle.
The Gibbs Stadium Bag Policy enables security staff to move guests through security checkpoints faster and helps improve overall safety. Shorter and faster lines, also make for a more enjoyable experience.
Most stadiums and concert venues will not allow clear tinted bags. To be allowed into stadiums with a clear bag policy, bags must be transparent with no tint. Keep in mind, some security personnel may be more lenient than others and some stadiums may be more flexible but the majority of the stadiums following the NFL clear bag policy do not allow tinted bags and you may be asked to go back to your vehicle to store your belongings.
